Who I Am

I’m passionate about helping people break free from the cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, and overthinking that can make life feel overwhelming.

Anxiety has a way of showing up in all areas of life—whether it’s uncertainty about a career decision, struggles in a relationship, or the stress of navigating a health challenge. It can keep you stuck in patterns of overanalyzing, avoiding, or second-guessing yourself, making it hard to trust your own decisions.

I also have a deep passion for working with individuals who are rethinking their beliefs, deconstructing their faith, or struggling after leaving a high-control religious environment—experiences that often bring their own form of anxiety, guilt, and uncertainty.

It’s easy to feel stuck between the comfort of the familiar and the fear of the unknown.
I’m here to help you find steady ground in the midst of that in-between space.

Throughout my work as a psychologist, I’ve noticed a common thread: life changes, even ones that are expected or planned, often leave people feeling overwhelmed and unsettled.

I’ve seen how stepping into a new role— leaving an unhealthy work environment, working through a breakup, or navigating a health diagnosis—can bring up unexpected emotions.

Even positive changes can stir anxiety, and it’s easy to wonder, Why does this feel so hard?

Understanding this led me to focus my practice on helping people make sense of these moments.

Change isn’t just about what’s happening around us; it’s about what shifts within us. And those shifts deserve care and attention.

How I Work

Water

I believe that managing anxiety isn’t about eliminating it altogether—it’s about learning to navigate it in a way that allows you to live with more ease and confidence.

My role is to walk alongside you as we untangle the thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that keep you feeling stuck. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a focus on helping you loosen anxiety’s grip—the persistent second-guessing, insecurity, and negative self-talk that often hold you back.

Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your unique experiences. We’ll work together to understand what fuels your anxiety, develop tools to manage it, and build strategies that feel practical and sustainable for your life.

Whether anxiety has been a lifelong struggle or something that’s surfaced more recently, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to help you regain a sense of calm and clarity.

How Therapy Helps

Anxiety often shows up when we’re facing change, making us question our decisions or worry about the future.

But here’s what I know: these feelings aren’t signs that something is wrong with you—they’re signals that something important is happening.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand what those feelings are trying to tell you.

Whether you’re adjusting to a new relationship dynamic, transitioning in your career, or simply feeling stuck in the “what’s next,” therapy can help you move from uncertainty to clarity.

Together, we’ll work to manage anxiety, build resilience, and understand how this experience of change may be an opportunity for growth.
